It was late in the day when I was there. It was clean and not crowded. The people who was there were polite and willing to share equipment. Did not see it when it was crowded and what it was like. But my experience there was very positive. A good place for a workout.
It's got everything you need. Can even register a locker as yours. That's important to me because I generally bike. It means I don't have to pack clothes shoes and soap. I can get off work, hit the gym, shower, grab something to eat somewhere before going home. It's nice. Hot showers no complaints.
