I can’t thank Sally for keeping me calm when we were 14 hours from home and I was unsure on what to do. She helped me every step of the way from letting me know my husband needed to be evaluated to letting me know that I needed to call 911 for a ride to hospital for my husband and myself considering we were in a semi and couldn’t get there from Fic’s. Also can’t thank the ambulance crew for the amazing work they did.. also to Sally and the other nurses for the amazing care my husband received…. I am giving a review specifically in regards to dealing with Stephanie In billing.
My special needs son, who is on Medicare had a sizable bill as Medicare did not pay anything on it. I went in and spoke to Stefanie and was told I would be contacted to make payment arrangements. Instead, it was sent to pre-collections.
In regards to my own bill, my insurance policy clearly stated that I had a $25 co-pay For each visit in PT. They billed it as if it was hospital physical therapy, Then after it was supposed to have been settled, I received a bill so I called my insurance company And my insurance company called DLMC and Stephanie was put on the line.
