Highly recommend, Shana! ?? I have been getting massages for YEARS and when I say I want a deep tissue massage, I mean I want a DEEP tissues massage. Shana provides just that and SO much more. She massages muscles that I didn’t even know existed in my body. ? I absolutely love her heated table, music and her overall energy and vibe too. ?

Shana is amazing. She works so well with your muscles and knows exactly what they need! She can pin point problem areas without explanation. I had been dealing with some knee and shoulder pain and Shana was able to alleviate most of it with one session. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

Shana is the best for long term results. I struggle with my sciatic and heavy shoulders when traveling and one visit with her I leave feeling lighter and refreshed and it just gets better throughout the day. She finds the source of the problem and she fixes it!!!!! I will suggest her to everyone I know.
