Very kind, helpful and eager to help. Explanations each step of the way leaving no uncertainty. Great selection of frames and a helpful staff offering fitting and a little honesty in selection...I appreciated that bit of help as I was alone. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Dr. Ypma and his staff are fantastic, and they have a great selection of glasses, sunglasses and contacts, which makes the entire experience one seamless transaction. I've been a patient for several years, and I keep going back because the quality of care is so good!

Dr. Ypma is very professional, easy to talk to and thorough with his eye exams. I have been going to him for years and have taken my children there for all of their eye exams as well and it has always been a positive experience. He is very booked out but the service is worth the wait in my opinion. I feel his recommendations for glasses and additions that will benefit the consumer are valid and have reasoning behind them.
