Super respectful staff. Dr actually took the time with me and my daughters.We were going to a different eye doctor over by the fair grounds and had to stop going because they dropped our insurance. My daughter s glasses broke and they refused to fix them.I called Columbia Falls Eyecare and they got her in immediately.The office in CFalls was a huge change. Staff was a delight, knowledgeable, and so warm and inviting. Absolutely loved our experience.Thank you!!
Dr. Troy Ypma was very nice and helpful. His office was nice and cool coming in from the 85° heat outside. Clean. Front desk lady was very kind. I would recommend his office over the Walmart Vison Center (where i had gone previously) 100%.
Dr.Troy Ypma is very friendly and efficient. I’ve gone to this office my past 3 exams and will continue coming back, as I’ve always had a very comfortable and positive experience from both him and the rest of the staff.
