“When I first came to True North Chiropractic Center in February 2025, I was using a cane just to take crooked baby steps, with my brother helping me along. I had fallen at home and was in such pain, almost any movement of any kind was excruciating. I truly didn’t think I would ever be able to walk normal again. Sure, the exercises were painful at first, and a bit time consuming, but I really believe they increased my healing in a major way. One must do the suggested exercises to prepare yourself for the adjustments. It loosens up muscles and joints in order to get the maximum result from the adjustments. I have been through the mill of other chiropractors who get you in and out without any preparation and the results were the same-keep coming back with not much more than temporary fixes. Since February my improvement is almost unbelievable! My cane hasn’t been needed since about April and I feel like new! The staff is so helpful and friendly, AND informative. If they see you are doing your exercises incorrectly, they will go out of their way to help you make sure you are doing them correctly so you get the maximum benefit for your adjustments. I would recommend their expertise to anyone out there who suffers from ANY back, neck, or other skeletal or structural pain to give them a chance to improve your situation. I have been to many, many chiropractors over the last 30 YEARS, and this team is without a doubt the absolute BEST at what they do! You will not be disappointed !! And they take most insurance!!
