They handled a variety of water issues, from hose bibs to a pressure regulator, hot water heater, and a 1950's tub faucet leak. Tim and Tim Jr came and got the work done. They also fixed a gas leak on a pipe feeding a boiler, coming right out to assess and fix the problem. Tim was amazing and went through everything, promising to return for more work, and was especially helpful to elderly customers. After a flooding incident in a new home, S&S was the only company that made time in their booked schedule, immediately identified the issue, and completed a new drain line within a reasonable time frame for an affordable price. They are professionals with fantastic customer service. S&S is the absolute gold standard for plumbing in Butte and surrounding areas, the only plumbers to ever use. Their work is flawless and done to perfection, they are highly responsive, stand by their work, and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. 10/10, second to none.
