My kids started when they were 5. they are now in their teens, and still love coming, and now teaching some classes. RMMA, Master Lightner, Ms. Powers and Mr. Burns are like family.
Sara is amazing with our son! She keeps the kids busy all summer with so many fun games and adventures! She's also an amazing instructor and you can see the kids advance at every class.
Excellent place for anyone wanting to learn martial arts. Sara is amazing with the kids. Also an excellent place for women to learn self defense, I always recommend this route first before buying a side arm.
