Damaged my house and refused to pay, took 6 months to do the job finishing in December after snow had fallen, tried to raise the price and stopped work to try and make me pay more, left their broken lift in front of the house for 5 weeks stopping my painting contractor, made me finish many details, let water pour into my house 4 times, tried to put a bogus lien on my house. Took a deposit for half on July 3, started on September 20, finished in December after the snow fell. Let water leak into my house three times. Tried to change the price. Did not supervise the job and sent sub-par workers. Damaged the rain gutters and broke a window and would not pay. Knocked a plumbing vent off during demo which I found in the yard, then sheeted over it. Had I not climbed up there myself and gotten it fixed as it was being shingled over it would have caused big plumbing problems later. Yelled at the me and sprayed gravel from his truck when I would not agree to pay extra for drip edge that should be included in every roofing bid. Stopped supplying tools...read full review

Just a heads up... for anyone looking for a contractor... DO NOT hire Joe Lynch lifetime roofing!! I made the mistake of doing so... $30000 later and I'm screwed... I still need to put out more $, he has refused to complete work that was already part of original bid! Communication is horrible, work not completed at industry standards!! Has completely taken advantage of a single widowed woman!! Despicable!! Shame on you!!
