Herb Shannon Appliances - Whirlpool

May 2026

Other stores were no open during the hours I was available, so I went to Herb Shannon Whirlpool and was very pleased! Herb personally helped me get the part I needed for my dryer and treated me with respect. As a woman who likes to repair vs replace, I usually experience the opposite when I go places. Herb was professional, kind, and very helpful! If you need parts or want to replace your whirlpool washer or dryer, I highly recommend Herb’s store!

I’m writing this review because when it was delivered, it was in a tight spot and he got it in there. Glad we don’t have to go to the laundromat anymore!🤟

I called Herb to see if they repaired refridgerators, as Bowmans is booked out over a month. He gave me the name and number to a guy who is just starting to do it in the area. Both Herb and Dan were kind and very helpful.
