I have been training here for nearly 2 years. I was almost 40 years old when I started my jiu-jitsu journey. Have never has a bad experience, great coaches and lots to learn. Come by and see for yourself.

I've been training here for the past 2 years. From the moment I walked into the door, I was treated like family. Everyone took me under their wing to helped me learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Whenever I walk through the front door, I'm greeted by Malea, with a smiling face and a positive attitude. I missed a month of training and received a message from Grit, asking if I was ok. They really care about your health and well being and it shows in the way that they train. I will forever be team GRIT!!

Grit is amazing sam and everyone there really makes it feel like a family and everyone is happy to teach you. They also have extensive knowledge. They also offer covid friendly training options 10 out 10 would highly recommend
