My son purchased a 2017 Ford F250 in December of 2020. He also purchased all the extended warranties at that time. Recently had an issue with the track bar and ball joint. When he called to get an appointment it was almost 6 weeks out. I spoke to Nate and he said he'd work on getting him in sooner. Meanwhile my son took it to another shop. They could get him in. Carlie called the next day and was able to get him in on that Monday. I mentioned to her that he had went ahead and made an appt at another shop. She reminded me his warranty that he'd purchased for $4,000 would be void if a non- Ford shop did the work. We totally did not think about that and really really appreciated...read full review

My son bought a Ford truck in December from this business. He had an issue with the track bar and ball joint. At first they couldn't get him in for 5 weeks. Spoke to the manager Nate and he was great- he was able to get him in sooner. Carlie at the service desk was amazing. He had an appointment at a place other than Ford due to the urgency of the issue but when was he called to schedule the appt she provided us with very valuable information regarding his warranty that saved his $4,000 warranty from being voided has he gone some place else and not only that she got him in that day and the dealership even went to pick up his truck and had it done by the time he was off...read full review
