Haven't even gone in yet but I the woman I spoke to was so sweet and kind and compassionate. I am having the worst Murphy's law sort of day... She made it better just by being kind, honest and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. If you read this wonderful lady..... Thank you so much. Just that bit of kindness pulled me back from a ledge.
I have only good to say about the staff and services. They have always been able to get me in right away when I have an emergency. The staff are kind and efficient. When my dog was sick, they did everything to help her. The Dr even went above and beyond to find an affordable solution. When she had to be euthanized due to her suffering, the staff were supportive, understanding and consoling. They even gave me a special box for her ashes, a thoughtful card, and an imprint of her paw as a keepsake. My current dog is not dog friendly and they accommodate us with a smile.
The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The ladies at the front desk and the vet tech were so compassionate. I had a very sick cat and they all took great care of us. Unfortunately my little HayHay did not recover and we had to put him to sleep but we were in great hands. Highly recommend.
