BestMed was welcoming and efficient. I felt I received personalized care, and all staff were friendly and caring. This facility serves an important role in the Butte community! As it is the only walk-in clinic open on weekends, in my opinion it is critical to people who need timely (though non-emergency) care in the Butte local area.

I arrived early on Sunday morning so the clinic was not to busy. I was checked in & waited a few minutes to be seen. The staff was very professional & efficient. After my exam they took the time to explain everything to me and told me to check back with them if I didn't start feeling better in a few days. I will definitely visit them again if I need Urgent Care again

Best care I’ve ever received hands down. I believe the 3 female working at the time of my visit were Ashley, Tia, and Kaylin. All 3 were exceptional at what they do. They were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, quick, and made the visit as relaxed and insightful as possible! Thank you wonderful ladies for everything you do!
