We had a boiler issue that a couple other plumbing companies had failed to diagnose. Owner Kevin came and solved the problem in no time. The boiler is now operating like new! Thank you Kevin and Western Plumbing!!

Western Plumbing of Bozeman gave me great service on a water heater installation. My review comments will center around billing. The purpose of these reviews are to help us with our due diligence correct? Anyway, my job was an easy removal of the old heater with an install of the new one in the same location. The technician was efficient and got the job finished in1 hour and 25 minutes. On the bill that was sent to me, I was charged for 2 hours. When I went to discuss this with them, the front counter person said that they bill time when leaving the shop.
