They were able to see us as soon as we got into town. The tech and doctor were very thorough. We discussed a plan that involved some medicine and rest, then to see how he was feeling - no rushing into running tests or anything like that. He was feeling better that night! We can't speak highly enough about the entire experience. They even called us the next day to make sure he was feeling better! I highly recommend this vet.“

Dr. Jen Baumgardner and Dr. Arndt were knowledgeable and understand our needs. They made it so easy for us to get exactly what we needed for our trip. Dr. Jen went above and beyond making calls to Alaska and BC to make sure she had everything up to date for us. The vet office is peaceful and not located in the middle of the city, which was really nice. All of the staff were caring and helpful. My dog had been diagnosed with "sliding kneecaps" but was never told to what degree, here they described the degree on discloation within each knee and had me feel it. My dog is also reactive and they have been very understanding and flexible for us! Very glad we have found this office and would recommend it to everyone!!“
