I went in with a phone with a fried motherboard, unknown at the time, hoping to save some of my data on it. Unfortunately, it was not savable, but Jesse was extremely helpful and diagnosed the phone thoroughly without full charge since he wasn't sure if it was worth trying to fix it. He and everyone there in general were super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate how understanding they are. The cute dog is a plus too, haha!
