My daughter had her nails done on 7/25/23 the next day it was pealing, second day there was a big chunk out of left thumbnail, went 8/2/23 they fixed it , next day almost all of Both thumbnails were chipped off from the center out, went back 8/4/23 they fixed them again. Hopefully it's the last time. Maybe the nail polish or matte polish is old. Things happen ? and the Lady was enjoyable and was cracking us up !! She gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been to the M Salon in Bozeman a few times and they’ve always done a pretty decent job. The most recent time, I booked online and requested a classic pedicure for $35. When I checked out, they charged me $65 because they’d given me a spa pedicure. I told them I booked a classic pedicure, not a spa pedicure, and he said, “that’s why we ask what pedicure you want when you come in.” But I had never been asked what kind of pedicure I wanted when I arrived. I think it’s safe to assume they would provide the service I booked. I was not prepared to spend $30 extra for something I didn’t even want in the first place, and this whole interaction felt dishonest...read full review
