My husband and I hired this company to install 4 ductless air conditioning units in our home. We spent$ 24,000 with this company. The units were installed incorrectly and caused $7500 in damages. The owner refused to return my phone calls and left us with a $7500 repair and damage bill. BUYER BEWARE.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Called multiple times about repairing a heating issue or getting a part so we could fix it ourselves. Every time we called we got a "Oh we are on it, we will call you back ASAP!" 4 calls later we went to a different company who had EXCELLENT service and helped us the first time.
