We've been using Dave & his staff for a number of years. I can't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism & customer care we've received over the years. Beyond 5 Stars!! Incredible Service!!
I had an external hard drive with around 2TB or so of data that fell from a few feet and suddenly stopped working completely. I brought it to Recompute in Bozeman, hoping for a miracle. Avery (I think that was his name) and the rest of the team were beyond amazing—so helpful, friendly, and professional from the start. They stayed in communication with me the entire time.
They did everything they could to try and recover the data in-house, but unfortunately, the damage was too severe and it needed to be sent to a specialized data recovery lab.

I've had some issues with my two TVs: sound, connection and remote control issues, etc. I spoke with a very personable and helpful Kenny on the phone who scheduled owner Dave to come to my home the following week.
Dave was prompt and was able to fix several issues with the first TV quickly. We've almost got all the issues ironed out on my second Smart TV. He'll be back next week to troubleshoot the continued connection issue and install a Blink camera, which the former person I hired was unable to do.
