Dude, this team is amazing! The customer service took care of me in so many ways. I sent them a broken med bag and they are rebuilding it for me so I can get back to work. Mystery ranch was the best investment I’ve ever made and I’ll be buying more products from this incredible company for years to come. Thanks guys! You are the best best in the industry!!!!!

Quite literally the best backpack I have every bought. Broke the buckle with a stupid mistake and they replied with 24hrs and sent a warranty replacement promptly. Will buy from again.

Hats off to the customer service folk at the warranty department. I have been using Mystery Ranch packs for a decade now and final had my "major" issue with a pack(not including broken buckles, lost straps,etc..) I use the packs for hunting and the pack I currently have been using has packed out around 15 animals(elk, deer, pronghorn, bear) Well this year durning elk season I noticed my frame making a creaking noise. Every step I would take the noise would happen, it drove me nuts and there was no way I could stalk an animal with it on. I reached out to the warranty department and was informed it was not technically a warranty issue, but if I shipped the frame... read full review
