The care that the people/staff have provided has been outstanding. My family's case has been very difficult at times. In addition, I live abroad. I am not around to monitor progress on a constant basis. Not only has the care provided been of a consistently high quality, but the management of the case has been as well. Whenever flexibility has been required, it has been provided in terms of staffing changes, hours and the like. Lines of communication have always been open and honest. Caregivers and management are always proactive when it comes to solving problems. I highly recommend this business to anyone who has these types of needs in the Bozeman area.
