I was very impressed with how prompt they were in finding me Emergency 24 hour care for a two week period. All caretakers were very prompt, and they all did what was expected of them. I needed them to fix my meals and light housekeeping as in doing dishes, and changing my bed when necessary. I will definitely use them again when needed. My only request is that they would all be trained in CPR.
I would highly recommend Home Instead to families that are looking for some additional help/care inside the home. The staff at Bozeman Home Instead are caring and compassionate. They truly care about the people they are helping to care for.
We had an excellent experience with Home Instead. As my dad's health declined and his needs rapidly changed, Home Instead was compassionate, patient and accommodating. The aides they assigned to care for my father were professional and attentive to his needs and to the needs of my family, as we worked to care for my dad. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for assistance caring for a loved one at home.
