We are all in this journey of life together. None of us are without emotional or physical pain in our lives. In my practice I strive to be non-judgmental of peoples' trauma and health challenges. My approach is to carefully listen to my clients' needs and what their bodies are telling me. My years of experience and training has given me a number of tools to address a wide range of human health conditions. My goal is to help improve a clients' health and well being.

Frodo is a master of bodywork. His knowledge and expertise is based on decades of focused training. He incorporates a wide range of bodywork modalities into his daily practice. He is inquisitive and asks for feedback so to do the best work he can on my tight and stressed muscles and connective tissues. I can wholeheartedly recommend Frodo as a massage practitioner.
Frodo Dowdin is the best masseur I've ever worked with. I periodically develop adhesions in my shoulder joints and I first came to Frodo after 6 months or so of physical therapy that had drastically worsened my condition. He was completely successful in clearing the adhesions and in also fixing the all the unfelt associated problems in my back, neck & shoulder blades that help bring on the frozen shoulder. He now helps me maintain joint, muscle, and mental/spiritual health body-wide. I have never had crippling back problems and -- for the last 15 plus years -- that has been based in regular appointments with Frodo. His fees are VERY reasonable, yet the quality of his work -- the breadth & depth of his knowledge, skills, and experience -- are worth the top rates that anyone would pay anywhere in the country.
