Athletic, fun, beautiful.I've been to three classes here now - always after running a lap of two of the M Trails, so muscles are in need of a good stretch, resistance, and recovery, which is exactly what they get here.Classes are super challenging, but instructors encourage you to modify as needed. All levels are present, all body types, all ages. Laughter and grace encourage folks to try new things. It's a welcoming place to explore your edge. The sound, flow, and lighting create a profound sensory experience. I find myself smiling from time to time at the beauty and eclectic flow of human energy. Sublime.I will definitely be adding more Ekam classes to my schedule.Suggestion:...read full review
Caitlin was great! She was easy to follow along, she adapted her class for what the students requested. I felt like I had new shoulders/upper back when I left. One of the best yoga practices I’ve been to.
