I was always nervous to go to a chiropractor and my first numerous visits to other chiropractors in town confirmed my anxieties. I was always sent away with short lived relief, a steep bill and a 'see you again next week''.. Clete was so much different! He spent so much time getting to know my injury and what caused it, inflamed it etc before he adjusted. After the adjustment he sent me home with well laid out exercises, stretches and a plan of action instead of just a quick, temporary fix he takes the time to heal you and give you the tools to continue on that journey.
