Jennifer was Very rude and unprofessional. They tried billing me $600 for incomplete tax return and the numbers where so far off it seems like a scam. When I went to call and get a clear explanation Jennifer was very short, irritable and very over spoken and quickly hung up on me in middle of conversation. Blows my mind how you can run a business treating people with such attitude.

My experience with CS & Company did not meet expectations. Overall, I feel like I received subpar service and was overcharged. When the bill was questioned, CS & Company refused to provide a detailed invoice which I have never encountered with any other business. Definitely leaving this interaction feeling unsettled and will look elsewhere for future tax services. Hopefully this is an exception for CS and other folks are happier with their service.
