When the weather was freezing for days on end, our heater decided to die. I happened to mention this to a Buff Restoration employee and they asked how I was staying warm while waiting on the parts. I said I had a few space heaters but it’s not doing much. Within an hour, Buff delivered a HUGE heating unit and we were able to stay cozy until the heater was repaired. I had no idea this was a service they offered, but they sure came through. I highly recommend the team at Buffalo Restoration.
Buffalo did mitigation and rebuild when my pipes froze in February. They sent someone over right away and, never having had to file a Homeowner’s insurance claim, I was grateful for their help in letting me know what to expect, reassuring me about the process, and working with my insurance company on my behalf. They did a great job advocating for me in the face of change orders and insurance pushback so that all I had to pay was the $500 deductible.

Unfortunately, we have had occasion to call BR for three different instances in the last two years due to potential water damage concerns (overflowing laundry room sink, botched AC install, aquarium leak). Fortunately for us, BR has proven to be responsive, reliable, and honest. Our laundry room required a full restoration. When we were not 100 percent satisfied with some of the reconstruction details, BR did not hesitate to quickly address our concerns to make sure it was restored to satisfaction.
