The staff was amazing. There was another person that came in after me. They were greeted and asked to have a seat someone would be right with them. This person moved forward and stood next to me. The staff took me into a private room to finish checking us in order to respect our privacy. The Vet was upfront and direct about testing and not overcharging. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. We were worried about cost. It was an after hours emergency visit. We had to drive an hour to this location and it was still less than a normal Vet visit. The honesty and accuracy were the best part of the visit.
Bridger Veterinary Specialists & Emergency in Bozeman is truly exceptional. The facility is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming environment for both pets and their owners. The level of care and compassion provided by the staff is outstanding—every interaction was handled with genuine kindness, professionalism, and expertise. I highly recommend Bridger Veterinary Clinic for specialty pet care. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, every detail reflected their commitment to excellence in animal health and well-being.

Dr Valerio was wonderful. He explained everything clearly, listened to us, answered our questions and was so kind to us. We are already telling everyone how pleased we are with our experience.
On our way home, Jasmine was having a couple of minor issues and our concerns were handled so courteously and thoroughly. We even received a follow up call the next day about those concerns. AWESOME!
