The staff was amazing. There was another person that came in after me. They were greeted and asked to have a seat someone would be right with them. This person moved forward and stood next to me. The staff took me into a private room to finish checking us in order to respect our privacy. The Vet was upfront and direct about testing and not overcharging. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. We were worried about cost. It was an after hours emergency visit. We had to drive an hour to this location and it was still less than a normal Vet visit. The honesty and accuracy were the best part of the visit.
Bridger Veterinary Specialists & Emergency in Bozeman is truly exceptional. The facility is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming environment for both pets and their owners. The level of care and compassion provided by the staff is outstanding—every interaction was handled with genuine kindness, professionalism, and expertise. I highly recommend Bridger Veterinary Clinic for specialty pet care. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, every detail reflected their commitment to excellence in animal health and well-being.
The receptionist was kind and efficient when i arrived and the technician was attentive during the check in meeting. The veterinarian Dr Kleeman was very compassionate, empathetic and thorough during the exam and discussion before surgery, and when he called after surgery. The technicians were very thorough at checkout too, and so helpful getting Waylon outside and loaded into my car.
Dr Kleeman discussed the plan for surgery, reiterated why this particular surgery would be the best option for Waylon, and addressed all my concerns during the consultation.
I'm so happy with all the care that i received today.
