Great shop! Jason and his different crews have helped my family with furnace work, a new water heater, a new water softener and a new air conditioner. (Not all at once, The joys of home ownership). The shop stands by their work and are very polite. I will continue to call them when in need.
We have been using Jason for 8 years. We started using him when we moved into our current home. It was a very neglected system and needed a lot of maintenance. We knew this prior to buying. Jason gave us suggestions on the best type of new system for our home and didn’t push it. He was not pushing us to buy anything until we felt ready.
He has done the annual maintenance which is minimal. When we decided to put a/c in, it was Jason who suggested we put mini splits in the 2 areas we used most. Much more cost effective than a whole house system and they work extremely well.
We trust Jason in our home if we’re out of town. He’s honest & trustworthy.

I bought my first house at the end of summer and among other issues found out that the furnace does not work while sick with covid. The following week I called bridger mountain heating and cooling to see if I could get someone over to look at it. Andee made sure to get someone over right away and shared so much empathy with me and my situation. Andee and Jason went above and beyond like no one except a family would do. I would not recommend any other company as I do not believe there could be another out there with such incredible human beings that will work with you and help you and offer more kindness than them.
