One of the best dealership experiences in the course of the last 20 years I've been buying and leasing vehicles. I was graciously greeted by one of the salesmen, Colton. My wife and I were uncertain as to which car we wanted to purchase and were deciding between a Ram, Jeep and GMC. Colton and the dealership manager Andrew maintained patience with us and never once allowed us to feel pressured into a decision we were not ready to make. After four or five days of going back and forth with my wife we settled on a vehicle. Colton and Andrew were very honest with us about down payment, pricing, and what to expect throughout our lease. Overall a very easy and honest car leasing experience. I could not recommend them enough.
Great service, both during the buying process and the support afterward. They explained all my questions about leasing a Nissan, no surprises at all. My AC wasn't blowing cold last week so they had me bring it in. An hour later it was taken care of at no cost to me, even got a free car wash out of it.
Billion is great! Their staff was very professional and kept me informed as I waited for my new vehicle to come in. HOWEVER, do not fall for the Multi-Shield windshield protection that they are going to sell you. I fell for the "we'll reimburse you" the first time...they don't. Safelite (another great company) actually felt bad because of the way Multi-Shield Protection treats their customers and took care of the reimbursement. I have made a total or three claims with Multi-Shield...they all get denied. I wait to call until I have 2-3 chips or a crack happens..denied. I call the day of damage...denied. I have actually started a word document with their reasons for denying me so I make sure to stay within their rules on the next claim...they add new rules. USE BILLION and SAFELITE...RUN FAST FROM MULTI-SHIELD PROTECTION!
