The arbor medic workers did a great job on really tough old trees. They were thoughtful and professional. They cleaned up well. They stuck with the quote given and the price was very reasonable for the hard work. Thank you!!

Update: Had an open phone call with the owner and the key issues here can be chalked up to perfect storm of life events, technical difficulties, and bad luck.Poor communication once contract signed. They began great and we set up a tentative date several weeks out from when they walked the property and flagged trees with me. No problem, everyone's busy and it wasn't an urgent issue. However, that tentative date came and went. Fine, it was tentative anyways, but I would have appreciated a head's up that it was not going to happen.I called the next week to follow up on a vague statement from Northwestern Energy (my job required a line drop). They came 2 days early. And the guy moved all my plants and veggies I had in containers near the tree he was gonna spray and even moved our bbq! Used a personal tarp of his and covered my husband's motorcycle as well!! Above and beyond his job!!! Highly recommend them and will only use them from now on!! Thank you!!
