First, I try to do business with the local guys, but when they are all booked up or they don’t answer the phone or reply to messages that I left, I quit trying. Ambient Air Solutions was able to send a technician out to Ennis, a 50 mile drive, within a week.
Second, they have their technicians go to the training seminars that are put on by the Company, in this case Navien. Karl attended the training in Denver between the service calls he made down here. So he had fresh training when he trued to figure out why my tankless water heater howls when the faucet is turned on. From getting a quote, through installation, Ambient was great to work with. Chris was really helpful and knowledgeable walking us through our options prior to getting us our quote. Their prices were beyond reasonable. Bryton and his crew were cordial and very personable throughout the installation process. Ambient seems like the type of company where everyone from the top down is happy to be there, and wants to take care of their customers. I would 100% recommend them!
Bryton and his team spent the last 3 days getting our upstairs bedrooms jigged up with mini splits for the summer. These guys were knowledgeable, professional, and very respectful. The took the time to explain what they were doing and confirm that I was happy with locations, visuals, etc. Overall, everyone at Ambient has been beyond pleasant to work with, from the initial quote process through the end of install. All while being very reasonably priced with an impressive turnaround time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them again is we have additional HVAC needs down the road!
