Unable to reach anyone for almost 2 weeks. SeverL messages left and no response. How do you run a professional business like that. Still trying to reach them for warranty work. Very sad how people run a business

Great talk. Initial service was superior. Then they no-showed and did not call for the second treatment. On a reschedule, they no-showed and did not call until after dinner. Fired them after that and returned to Action. Also, on the second service at my daughter's nearby house, they only spent a total of 8 minutes and never entered the back yard according to her cameras. Have to say: Go somewhere else.

Horrible experience!!! Lance tells you one thing and then does another, doesn't return your phone calls, and he never refunded my money even though I still have the same existing problem!! Don't waste your time and money on this business - go elsewhere - or you will be sorry - just like I was!!!
