I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist. With crooked teeth and a mouth I was embarrassed about, I often felt judged, rushed, and like I didn’t belong at most dental offices. But that completely changed when I found Willow Ridge Dental. The front desk staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. They greet you with warmth, genuine smiles, and not a hint of judgment—no sideways glances, no condescension, just kindness and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at peace—something I’ve never experienced at a dental office before. Dr. Jones was incredible. He made me feel completely comfortable and never once judged the condition of my mouth. He performed 27 extractions with expert precision—zero tooth shards. I was amazed. His ability as a dentist is phenomenal, and he is truly my hero for what he’s done for me. At every additional visit, he made a point to come in and check on me, making sure everything was going well. Any concern I had, he addressed it with care and confidence. That kind of consistent, compassionate follow-through is rare and meant the world to me. Brittany assisted during the extractions, and she was absolutely spectacular. My anxiety was extremely high, especially about the possibility of choking on any debris during the procedure. But Brittany was so aware and attentive—she kept everything clean and properly suctioned, which allowed me to actually relax. Her attentiveness and skill gave me peace of mind. Janie was a guiding light throughout my healing process and the months of realignments that followed. She helped me through every step leading up to the final hard realign. Her patience, expertise, and warm demeanor made a huge difference. She always greeted me with a big smile and calming presence, which made every visit reassuring.
