I have done business with Whites for the very last time!! We have purchased several furnaces from them over the years. My 86 year old mother's furnace quit, it was 7 degrees. I called Whites and was told it would take 3 days to get a repair man out. I explained that the house would freeze up. I was then told to call after 5 00 and would be put on the emergency list. Of course price would be significantly more. When I asked if this was not considered an emergency, she told me to either call after 5:00 or wait three days. I called Central heating and they had a repair man there in 45 minutes. It's obvious Whites is all about the money not about helping the community. Do yourself a favor and hire anybody else. Thats what my friends and family is going to do
😍Great crews! From the troubleshooter to the estimators to the installers - professional, friendly, skilled, clean, fast, and all-around top notch! The furnace went out one day, and we had a new one 36 hours later. So grateful!
On an after hours issue, Brent was able to explain to me where and which switch had malfunctioned based on my description of the problem. based on something he had run into years earlier, his remedy was absolutely spot-on. within 20 minutes of his phone call we have heat again. on the night where the wind chill is 37 below zero. Brent I cannot thank you enough! More importantly my wife cannot thank you enough! I know we have a new furnace coming up, and I won't be calling anyone else. You guys have earned a loyal customer. thank you so much!
