Vision Optical is the best in the biz! Customer service is top notch with a great environment to relax while you get fitted for contacts and glasses. Julie is invaluable and they should clone her. The owner Destiny is very kind and always willing to help and accommodate my constantly changing schedule. Dr. Jenny Kim is an eye wizard who takes extra special care of her patients with a smile on her face. I'd give all the great people at Vision Optical 5 stars without question!!!

I can’t recommend Dr. Kim and her team enough! She is the most personable lady you’ll ever meet! Her team is genuinely happy to help and gave pertinent feedback when I was trying on new frames! Her office atmosphere is trendy, clean, and easy to access off of Grand. I have never had a scheduling conflict and my glasses have always been ready to pick up sooner than they estimate! You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a new optometrist! Thank you Dr. Kim and team for being amazing!

My time with Dr. Kim was amazing. I have been back four times just because of the friendly encounters with her and her staff. I love being able to call and get the best customer service from any vision office in Billings. The fast and friendly service makes appointment making and orders easy and enjoyable. I can not wait to go back and get my contacts and I’m super thankful for Daisey’s support and instruction during the contact practice. If you read this all please say hi to Joey for me because he is amazing.
