Abby and Andrea were so patient and kind! I had just gotten word off a really difficult situation and they handled me with care and made sure I was doing well and got me the supplies I needed to spend a few days in town! They also helped me with any free gifts I was to receive. Everyone else was also nice and polite and kind. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. It goes a long way!

Love that Ulta has a sign right on their door about diversity and inclusiveness! As a queer woman, I felt safe and accepted. Love the variety of brands that offer a multitude of shades of foundation. The staff was so nice; they were very helpful without making me feel pressured to buy stuff. Also, almost everything that is available in drugstore cosmetics departments (eg: Walgreens, CVS) is available here and cheaper than the drugstores, too.

I was shopping for makeup and was kinda nervous cuz I didn't know what to really get and there's so many options. One of the employees was very helpful and gave me great advice for makeup looks to try and even gave me a sorta tutorial. The cashiers were super nice and friendly as well. I definitely plan on going back.
