These guys are AMAZING. I have had needed tech support 3 times so far and they totally exceeded my expectations every time. I was having major issues with my computer and someone showed up in my office 15 minutes later. He fixed it almost immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tech support.
We were needing to have some RAM added to our computer systems and Ken and his team were excellent to work with! The service was exceptional, very quick and our technician James was so knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I called and within 24 hours they were able to take care of the problem. If you have any computer needs, give them a call, we will definitely be using them again!
I used to work for Tech by Design in 2011/12, it was a great place then; and now! They were helpful over the phone last week and brought the Mac in today, Kadee at the front desk took my information down and I was in and out quickly!
