My furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called several hvac companies in my search for someone to come out and diagnose our issue. When I called Superior I didn’t get an answering service or a voicemail, I got Tom answering the phone and more than willing to kindly answer any questions I had. He offered to come out right then and take a look at my furnace but as it was late and didn’t need to be urgently looked at I declined. They came out to my home first thing the next morning and immediately got to work. They diagnosed our problem and got our furnace back up and running within the first visit and made sure I knew to call them back if the issue arose again. They answered any and all questions I had thoroughly and politely, gave us wonderful advice on moving forward with our unit, and didn’t attempt to upsell or pressure us. Tom and the gentleman that came to work with him were patient and professional and even had some pets and attention to spare for my menace of a cat. If I ever need work done in the future they’ll be my first and only call.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had Superior Heating Cooling & Electric come out last summer to repair our AC. they talked us through what they were doing and were super affordable. However, when our furnace was replaced a couple months ago (by a different company), we thought for sure there must’ve been a missed wire during the furnace replacement because suddenly the AC wasn’t working again. they (the other company) came and checked and said it certainly was the AC unit, and not a mistake on their end. and that if they had to go check the unit outside, there’s be a seperate call bill. so of course we then call Superior back and when they arrived, they fixed the other companies mistake within 2 minutes of being here. house instantly started cooling down on this hot day. will continue to count on Superior from here on out. they definitely live up to their name.
