I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get me on their books sooner than originally expected, and then completed the job in just about an hour. We have used soft touch designs 3 times over the last 19 years to refinish and repair our hardwood floors in homes built in the 50’s. The home we are in currently was repaired due to serious water damage and then refinished by them 7 years ago and still looks great!!!
