Joe was a lifesaver when our Google Business Profile got suspended. Our account had gotten flagged and we were basically invisible on Google for a while, which is brutal when so much of our business comes through maps and search. Joe knew exactly what was going on, walked us through what needed to get fixed, and stayed on it until our listing was back up and verified. Real communication, no runaround, and he clearly knows the GBP system inside and out. If you're dealing with a suspended or messed up Google listing, Joe's the guy to call.
P.S - He is extremely patient & knowledgeable.
