I bought a 5x8 utility trailer at Shipton’s Big R west end. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had been looking everywhere for this trailer and should have just gone to Shipton’s first. I love my trailer! Thank you!
How to look at my chainsaw charge me very little I come out with $20.98 working on chainsaw. I was pleased with customer service and it didn't charge me for looking at the chainsaw and adjusting carburetor awesome place to go to!
Returned a defective saw after one year without a receipt. They were helpful and got me taken care of even though I purchased the saw from the heights location. They listened to the issues I had with the saw and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Big R has always had excellent customer service at all locations in my experiences.
