The team at Servpro is by far the best in Billings, MT! We had a water leak and Steve was at our house within a half hour of our claim to the insurance co. Within minutes he had a whole house full of fans and a crew working, and that was on a Saturday. My whole house had to be packed up and they did an awesome job. They were professional, polite, and sympathetic to our plight! You couldn't ask for better service! Thank you Steve & your crew for helping us navigate this nightmare!
They were prompt and very friendly. Took care of the mold issue, Noticed More mold That had to be taken care of and was unhappy about the results. Contacted Steve And he made it right…asked me what I needed, and he did exactly that! Can’t really ask more from a business than that!
