Jaime T. is absolutely amazing! I had a difficult experience getting my first pair of hearing aids. When I needed a new pair, I was worried about the process. Jaime is patient, takes the time to explain everything, and has such a positive attitude. She truly embodies the best of customer service and builds relationships with her patrons.
