I just had 2 Purple Cactus Cleaners in earlier this week & so happy with the cleaning + the house smelled so fresh:) Called to have more regular cleanings done & they were so good to work with!
I need ongoing housekeeping help. Was able to get a timely visit for an estimate, and scheduled service right away. The two bonded, very professional ladies who arrived with all their gear did all my floors to excellent standard, and few things more than I thought they'd have time for. The amount quoted and paid was fair market rate, and no surprises. I'll be getting recurring service. It's great to get home and just relax! Recommend.
Before you read the problems I had I want to state that Debbie, from Purple Cactus, contacted me after my original 1-star review and CORRECTED THE PROBLEM IN AN EXEMPLARY MANNER. She asked how to make it right and I told her I just needed 1 GOOD person for 20 minutes to finish and a lady arrived a few hours later. It took her 22 minutes and she did a little more than I was even expecting. I'm posting a picture of the corrected work. Here's the original review:Too many details to type, but here's some: Arrived an hour early so I was not ready for them. One woman took 45 minutes to wash 1/2 the dishes I can wash in the same time ... AND she came in pajamas and slippers...read full review
