Many members have praised the gym's cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall atmosphere, making it a great place to work out and get moving. This large stand-alone Planet Fitness is huge inside with lots of workout machines and plenty of space. The equipment is brand new, it's clean, and you can't beat the price. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Planet Fitness provides a comfortable and inviting space to reach your fitness goals. There’s parking space for truck drivers behind facility but there’s also sign no truck with trailer so at your own risk.
I went to this gym for the first time on Monday. The gym itself is wonderful! You would never have to wait for any machines and the place is very clean and sanitary. I love the fact they have machines you can watch television on. The only issue I had is that although the staff wasn’t disrespectful, they didn’t really make you feel welcome. No smiles or welcome to the gym. There were about four of them up at the counter. I told on the gentleman I was new and he got me someone to give a tour. She wasn’t rude or anything, but didn’t make me feel welcome. Other than the seemingly negative attitudes from the employees, it seems to be a wonderful gym.
I moved to Billings from New Hampshire 2 years ago. I've been a relatively consistent member of planet fitness since 2017, taking a break here and there. But I've been to multiple planet fitness locations around the east coast from Florida to Maine and now in Montana. My typical gym time is early morning, being at planet fitness from roughly 4am to 7am. In all other locations, it's very common to find the front desk staff over night either scrolling their phone, reading a book or just not there at all, sometimes even sleeping in the hydro lounge chairs. I travel a good bit and I have been utilizing planet fitness in billings Montana this past week. I want to say, staff have been awesome at this location. Club is clean. The equipment seem well maintained and I love they are 24hr. The building looks in good shape. This location is by far one of top PF I have been to. Will visit next time I'm up north.
