I love working for NWHC. The staff is focused on helping the community, whether that means taking care of the Caregivers or the clients. So much has changed with this company over the last few years. Coming to work every day, I get to feel like I have helped and made a difference in someone's life. And the staff is ALWAYS there to answer any questions I might have. I truly feel like this company cares not only for the people needing assistance but for the people providing care as well. Fantastic place to work!!

I have worked for NWHC since February of this year, the staff have been amazing and all the clients have been such a joy to work with. I love that you can give them your availability and they work with you. I had some medical issues and NWHC was very understanding and made the process less stressful for me. Love working for this company highly recommend on-boarding with them
