Fast forward to senior pics on the calendar and panic setting in as we couldn't get it 'back to normal' Katie was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She spent almost 5 hours working to get my daughters hair to a beautiful shade of blonde, without frying it loosing the length and at a very reasonable price, just in time for pictures.
