The service that I really enjoy is the cryogenic chamber. You can play your own music and that makes it possible to do 3 minutes in -143!!!! Yes. That is really reallllly cold and feels amazing. I follow it up with the sauna and then leg compression! And im pain free!
The center is kept very clear and organized and the workers are well kept and professional. I will be a repeat customer!“
