NWE responded on-site within 15 minutes. The issue was diagnosed by NWE within 4 minutes to be on my side. And the issue was an emergency. I called LG Electric, Tyler Lee. He was here within 15 minutes. Within 2 hours he had the issue resolved; and that included time for a parts run. Today I was gifted with such a beautiful act of kindness that I truly wanted to share. I had flooding in my home while I was recovering from foot surgery. The cleanup and repairs have taken a long time. Today was one of the last steps with reinstalling my recessed ceiling lights. I called LG Electric and Tyler Lee came the same day.
